Wardrobe Malfunction Probe

Mumbai police has announced that it will investigate the recent wardrobe malfunctions that happened in just concluded Lakme Fashion Week. If these were done intentionally just to gain publicity, then the designers will be punished.

Does it make any sense ? Is it really possible to punish anyone even if it was done intentionally ? Is it just an extention of what happened on ramp, to further sensationalize the matter ?
